We want to provide you with plain English information about your privacy rights, what information we collect, and how we use it. Our privacy notice may appear to be shorter than others you have come across.
What Information We Collect about You
When you visit our website, we collect information in Google Analytics about the pages you visit. We can see numbers of visitors, and visits; but we can’t see any personal information about you as an individual, though Google may be able to correlate this to other information they have collected from other websites that use Google products. You can use your browser’s “do not track” feature to limit what all third-parties can do to share information across websites. UpDn HQ just want to see what pages you visit and how they performed in general so we can improve our website.
When you use our tools, we collect minimal information about you. For example, we collect your name, email address, and optionally additional contact information against your user profile. This information is used as part of the log in process and if you ask us to send you alerts. We also store your activity within the tool in an audit history, which helps you revert back to a previous version of your configuration if you accidentally change or delete it. If you subscribe to our services, we do not store your payment information. We use a third party payment system to manage payments.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Individuals have the right to access the Personal Data processed about them, subject to applicable law; individuals may request to access their Personal Data processed by us by emailing TBC.
Subject to applicable law, you may also have some or all of the following rights available to you as to your Personal Data:
- to obtain a copy of your Personal Data together with information about how and on what basis that Personal Data is processed;
- to rectify inaccurate Personal Data (including the right to have incomplete Personal Data completed);

If you contact us regarding Customer Data for which we are a data processor, we will attempt to refer your request to the relevant Customer, and data controller for your Personal Data.
